Privacy Policy

Your name, phone number, email address and any bio you write are not readable by other members. There is no directory, no profile search and no browsing of people on TBC. Exactly three parties can see your identity:

• You. You always see your own full profile and can edit or delete it at any time.
• The platform owner. The owner/administrator of TBC can see all records, for support, safety and to keep the platform working.
• A Task holder — only while a shortlist window is open. When a Task holder shortlists a Bus you are seated on, your name and contact details are shown to that holder alone, for the length of that hold (12, 24, 36 or 48 hours), so they can do reference checks and reach you. When the window closes the reveal closes with it.

Matching is identity-blind. A Bus is filled using six facts only — Skill, Experience, Capability, Availability, Location, and Capacity last. Your name is never part of that decision, and TBC does not rank, score, order or weight people. You are either eligible for a Bus or the gaps say exactly why not.

Until a shortlist window opens, you appear to the system as a neutral handle such as “Worker 4F2A”. Nothing you share is sold, rented or handed to advertisers.

Account details (name, email, phone, company), the work facts you enter (skills, experience, credentials, capacity, availability, location preferences), Bus and Task activity, and notifications sent to you inside TBC.

You can update or remove your details at any time from your profile. Setting yourself Unavailable takes you out of new Buses immediately. To have your account and data deleted entirely, ask the owner and it will be removed.

TBC is a connector. It is not your employer, it does not perform HR or background checks, and it makes no judgement about you. Missing a Bus means it was full or an essential requirement was not met — never that you were ranked below someone else.
