ABOUT TBC
The Best Combined - Live Bus Networks
TBC is a Perth-based network that matches people to work automatically.
Workers, Contractors, Clients, Suppliers and Network Recruiters all sign up once. From there, TBC's system does the matching - by Skill (trade), Capability (tickets), Experience, Location and Availability. No chasing jobs. No ring-arounds.
HOW IT WORKS
- A job is posted. We call it a Bus - and each person needed is a Seat on that Bus.
- Workers with their light on, who have the right Skill, tickets, experience and location, are matched to the Seats automatically.
- When the Bus is ready, the person who posted the job sees who's on it and picks who they want.
Simple. Fair. Fast.
WHO IT'S FOR
Workers and Contractors - Sign up once, turn your light on when you're available, and let the work come to you.
Clients - Post the job and get matched to ready people without the chasing.
Suppliers - Be found by the businesses on the network.
Network Recruiters - When you can't man up a job in time, post it and get matched to ready workers from across the network. You keep your client and your margin. When your workers fill another recruiter's job, you earn too.
FAIR BY DESIGN
Every person is judged on their own Skills, tickets and experience - nothing else. Privacy is built in: details are only shared when they need to be.
WHERE WE'RE AT
TBC is in its registration phase, building the network across Perth and Western Australia. Sign-up is free.
