Delete your account

For the TBC – The Best Combined app and website, provided by TBC Live Bus Networks.

How to request deletion

Email admin@tbclivenetworks.com from the email address on your TBC account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We use your account email to confirm the request really comes from you.

If you're logged in to TBC, a “Request account deletion” button also appears here.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, including your name and any bio
  • Your contact details (phone and email)
  • Your Skills, experience and availability light
  • Your tickets and their details
  • Documents you uploaded, such as ticket photos and identity documents
  • Your login, so the account can no longer be signed into

What is kept and why

Some records of work that already happened are kept for legal, tax and business record purposes:

  • Past Tasks and the Seats filled on their Buses
  • Signed contracts between a Worker and a Task Holder
  • Charges and payment records
  • Reports made about conduct on TBC

Once your profile is deleted, these records no longer show your name, phone or email. They refer to you only by an internal reference number. Signed contracts may still show the names they were signed under, because the contract has to stay as it was signed. We keep these records only as long as the law or business needs require, and only the TBC owner can see them.

How long it takes

We'll reply to confirm your request within 7 days, and finish deleting your account within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.
